Discover Gamuseum – The app that will revolutionize your vision of museum

What ?

Gamuseum is an application designed for teachers & students willing to live a fun and playful experience while discovering museum without having to visit it.

Why:

The idea of this application came from the observation that pupils, students and even sometimes adults, did not appreciate visiting museum as much as they could.
Lack of interest, misunderstanding of the works of art associated to a sense of boredom; many reasons can justify why young people are not interested in visiting museum. This is why we created a service that has the objective to generate interest in museum and increase the will of visiting them.
We are based on the opinion that if young people were more aware about museum and how to exploit their full potential, the interest of visiting a museum would be much higher.

How:

Our application offers the possibility to play mini games concerning a particular museum and to create an experience of fun and entertainment.
Those games can either be played alone or with others thanks to a multiplayer function.
By creating a competitive and challenging environment, we develop a completely new mood and state of mind that encourage players to be fully concerned.
This solution benefits for each part; players are more interested into their topic, teachers are sure that their students are focus, and museums gain new visitors.
Thanks Gamuseum, thousands of young people have confessed that they had changed their point of view on museum and that they were much more enthusiast in visiting a museum on which they had already played mini games.

About us:

We are a team of five engineers concerned about the lack of interest of museum visit experience on the young population. Thanks to digital tools, we decided to propose alternatives way to discover a museum and to increase motivation by creating challenges.
